We offer on sight insallation of a wide varity of inhome security/surveillance systems as well as home services calls for certian models and makes of televisions and home audio systems. We will sometimes turn down an inhome repair request if we or the service personal feel that, due to the nature and expense a home service call might present, it would be in the customers best interest ecnomically to find a way to have the irtem brought in. Service calls range higher in labor hours and therefor can in most cases become more expensive for the customer than planned. We want to save the customer money at every chance possible and so sometimes we feel it prudent to turn down an inhome service call as it would be more costly than we or the customer would anticipate. Our goal is to provide quality service at the best affordable prices possible.

We at Pioneer Audio/Visual offer free disposal and sometimes even compinsation for broken television units as well as audio recivers, laptops, home pc's, and other small consumer electronics. A couple of extra bucks is always better than a broken component just sitting around your house collecting dust and getting in the way.
